Develop and program the controls system side of robot cell and production line sections (high speed high volume consumer goods assembly packaging) from concept thru the following steps:

* Control systems architectural decisions-selection-design

* Schematic and flow diagrams

* Source and selection of control system components (sensors, vision, controllers, HMI, drives, motors, actuators, and associated software.)

* 3D design

* From scratch development of FactoryTalk platform based user/operator machine interfaces (GUI and Flow customized to projects)

* Documentation

Seeking experience with the following technologies:

* Machine programming with Structured Text and Ladder Logic

* Electrical Design software such as: EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.

* FactoryTalk Machine Interface Developer

* Servos, Motors and Variable Frequency Drives

* Machine Vision such as Cognex or Keyence

* Articulated arm robots and end effectors such as FANUC, ABB, Kuka, Motoman, etc

* Machine Networked Data Comm such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN,
