Pharmacy Technician

Overview Andote is a same-day prescription delivery pharmacy. Our aim is to simplify how people access and use medications so they can focus on living. We are looking for highly motivated pharmacy technicians with a strong passion for providing excellent customer service to join our pharmacy team. Responsibilities Perform prescription data entry, insurance billing, and fulfill orders with high degree of accuracy and efficiency Help with onboarding new customers by helping set up new patient profile, insurance billing, and refill synchronization Be able to multi-task and respond to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner Help with packaging and labeling medications for onward delivery to customers Provide support and attend to customers via chat, email, and telephone Serve as a brand ambassador by projecting a positive attitude about our services and what we stand for Handle drug inventory by helping manage receiving, new orders, excess inventory and expired returns Maintain customer confidentiality according to HIPAA and company guidelines. Qualifications Be nice and have a strong work ethic At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician High level of customer service and communication skills Have an active Georgia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing Experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment Be a team player and quick learner ready to adapt to job needs Preferred but not required PTCB Certification Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish What we offer Free food when available!
