The receptionist plays a vital role as the initial point of contact, managing front desk operations and maintaining smooth communication within the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, this position requires handling frequent customer interactions during regular business hours, utilizing specialized scheduling and customer management tools to ensure efficient appointment coordination and customer assistance.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations efficiently and professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate appointments using specialized software
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
