Forward Deployed Software EngineerWe are seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to partner directly with customers to solve their most complex and high-impact problems. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and end users to design, build, and deploy production-grade applications that drive measurable outcomes. You will embed with customer teams, understand mission-critical objectives, and translate ambiguous requirements into operational software workflows powered by enterprise data. This role goes beyond shipping features — you will help transform how organizations operate by putting powerful tools in the hands of decision-makers and frontline operators.What You'll DoPartner directly with customers to understand their highest-value problems and translate them into technical solutionsDesign, architect, and deploy end-to-end applications using enterprise dataBuild operationalized workflows that users rely on to drive real-world changeIterate rapidly from prototype to production, incorporating direct user feedbackOwn solutions from initial concept through long-term production supportCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer teamsTravel as needed (approximately 10–33%) to support client implementationsWhat We're Looking ForStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into executable solutionsProven experience building production-grade applications from ambiguous or evolving requirementsProficiency in Python and/or TypeScriptDemonstrated ability to work with large structured and unstructured datasets in production environmentsTrack record of delivering measurable business outcomes through software, analytics, or data-driven productsAbility to operate autonomously and take full ownership of outcomesStrong communication skills and comfort working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWillingness to work in a hybrid, in-person environment (New York) and onsite with customersPreferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a quantitative fieldExperience delivering production ML and/or LLM-based solutionsExperience building frontend applications in ReactExperience with Spark or distributed compute environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise data platforms or AI-driven workflow tools
