Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater

Join a growing engineering consulting firm with a strong reputation for delivering innovative water and wastewater infrastructure solutions to municipal clients. We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects while helping expand our client relationships and regional presence.

Responsibilities

Manage water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
Lead project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
Build and maintain strong municipal client relationships.
Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets.
Support business development through networking and client outreach.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Mentor junior staff and assist with department initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
PE license required.
10+ years of experience with municipal water and wastewater projects.
Proven success managing engineering projects and client relationships.
Experience with proposal writing and business development.
Stormwater design experience is a plus.
