We're seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Transaction Coordinator for a full-time, Monday through Friday, in-office position who thrives in a fast-paced environment and draws energy from working with people. This role is central to ensuring a smooth and efficient process for listing transactions from the initial listing appointment through closing and buyer transactions from executed contract through closing.

Previous transaction coordination or relevant real estate industry experience is required. Candidates should have prior experience working in a real estate transaction environment, such as Transaction Coordinator, closing attorney/attorney's office, mortgage/lending, title/closing, real estate operations, or a similar role. This position is not intended for candidates without prior real estate transaction experience.

While the primary focus is transaction coordination, this position may include various listing support duties, including launching marketing action plans and assisting with listing preparations. The ideal candidate is committed to both personal growth and the success of the team, with the potential to take on more responsibilities and leadership opportunities over time.

• Proficiency with MLS platforms, transaction management software, and standard office tools.
• Basic Excel skills required, including the ability to enter, organize, update, and track information in spreadsheets.
• At least 1 year of relevant real estate experience is required. Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator is strongly preferred. Relevant experience may also include working in a closing attorney's office, mortgage/lending, real estate operations, or another directly related real estate role.
