Assistant Studio Manager

Ritual Assistant Studio Managers are leaders, teachers, and culture builders. Working alongside the Studio Manager, they help lead the team, oversee daily operations, teach and assist classes, and ensure every student receives the elevated experience Ritual is known for. This role also plays an important part in growing our community. Assistant Studio Managers confidently guide prospective students toward the membership or class package that best supports their goals. Sales experience is highly preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate who is personable, coachable, and excited to grow in this area. Ideal candidates hold a current 200-hour yoga teacher certification (RYT-200 or equivalent) , are passionate about teaching and assisting, communicate with confidence, and thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Full availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is required. This is a 35–40 hour per week position.
