Injection Molding Line Operator
Location: Novi, MI Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Monday–Friday) Pay : $17.25/hr
Job Summary

In this role, you will operate injection molding machines, inspect parts for quality, and package finished products while maintaining production standards.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Injection Molding Line Operator , your core responsibilities will include:
• Operate injection molding machines to produce quality plastic components
• Inspect finished parts for defects such as shorts, flash, and other quality issues
• Package products according to customer specifications
• Accurately label completed parts and finished packages
• Maintain production quality while meeting daily output goals
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Complete additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Previous manufacturing or plant experience preferred (1 year preferred)
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Skills:
• Ability to inspect parts for quality defects
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow work instructions and production standards
• Strong reliability and work ethic
