Job Title: Associate Principal - ArchitectureJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Onshore Duck Creek Technical Lead to serve as the technical anchor for Duck Creek platform implementation and modernization programs in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain The role demands deep hands-on expertise across Duck Creek Policy Billing and Integration combined with a solid understanding of end-to-end architecture and designAs the onshore technical leader, you will be the primary point of contact for the client on all technical matters translating business needs into robust solutions guiding and mentoring onshore and offshore tech leads and ensuring high-quality goal driven delivery within an Agile framework Strong communication client management and cross location collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this roleKey Responsibilities:Lead the technical design development and delivery of Duck Creek solutions across Policy Billing and Integration workstreamsOwn end-to-end solution architecture and design decisions ensuring scalability performance maintainability and alignment with Duck Creek best practicesAct as the onshore technical point of contact for the client building trust managing expectations and providing clear technical directionCollaborate closely with offshore leads and teams to ensure seamless coordination knowledge sharing and consistent delivery across locationsGuide mentor and review the work of onshore and offshore tech leads and developers upholding coding and design standardsTranslate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and communicate design rationale to both technical and nontechnical stakeholdersDrive Agile goal driven delivery participating in sprint planning estimation backlog refinement and ensuring committed goals are metConduct solution demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients and stakeholders showcasing delivered capabilities and valueIdentify and mitigate technical risks resolve complex issues and support integration with upstream and downstream PC systemsContribute to continuous improvement reusable assets and technical governance across the engagementPrimary Skills:Extensive hands-on Duck Creek experience across Policy Billing and Integration modulesStrong Duck Creek configuration and customization expertise Manuscripts Author Express Server Rating Forms etc.Solid understanding of solution architecture and design for Duck Creek based PC platforms including integration patterns and data flowsShould have very good knowledge in Azure ServicesProven ability to lead technical delivery in an Agile goal driven environmentExcellent communication skills with demonstrated experience managing clients and leading tech leadsStrong domain knowledge of Property Casualty PC insurance processes and lifecycleSecondary Skills:Experience collaborating with distributed offshore teams and coordinating multilocation deliveryExposure to Duck Creek OnDemand cloud deployments and upgrade modernization programsFamiliarity with integration technologies RESTSOAP web services APIs messaging and middlewareWorking knowledge of NET XML SQL and related technologies underpinning the Duck Creek platformExperience with DevOps CICD pipelines and automated testing practicesAbility to conduct client demonstrations and workshops with strong presentation skills
