Position Summary As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service; maintain inventory and control shrinkage. Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy of decorative designs following recipe and measurement instructions; use various decorating tools; maintain food‑safety, sanitation, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training, and quality control. Drive performance of the bakery area: uphold quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events; assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues. Advocate for a high‑quality service culture: interact with associates, model respectful teamwork, and support training and development. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement open‑door and integrity policies. Minimum Qualifications 6 months’ experience in fresh production area. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cake decorating.
