SENIOR BROKER

Responsibilities The Senior Broker will be responsible for developing a multifamily and other investment brokerage business in the Chicago and near-suburban markets, and supervising associates and other brokers. The Senior Broker will be expected to generate and secure 2-4 listings per month, increase the current client pipeline for multifamily and other investment properties and work in a team both selling Senior Broker’s listings and listings of other brokers in the office. Desired applicants will have: A bachelor’s degree at minimum At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate with a proven track record in brokerage An entrepreneurial spirit and be an aggressive self-starter Enthusiasm for the sales process Knowledge of financial analysis Robust organizational skills Responsibilities The Senior Broker will be responsible for developing a multifamily and other investment brokerage business in the Chicago and near-suburban markets, and supervising associates and other brokers. A successful broker at Interra can earn in excess of $500,000 annually.
