Project Manager, Electrical Data Center Construction (Mission Critical)

Project ManagerThis opportunity is located in Minnesota. We're hiring Project Managers with electrical data center experience to run electrical construction projects on mission critical data center campuses across Minnesota. You'll manage projects from preconstruction through commissioning, owning budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication.Projects you'll manage might include:A $1.2B, 300 MW hyperscale data center campus with multiple buildings, featuring medium-voltage distribution and on-site substationsA $1B fast-track build-out of AI-ready data halls with redundant UPS, switchgear, and generator plantsA $1.5B phased hyperscale expansion with prefabricated electrical skids and integrated commissioningWhat you'll do:Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, and billingBuild and maintain schedules, and coordinate with GCs, owners, and engineersLead foremen, superintendents, and field teams on siteDrive safety, quality, and Level 1 to 5 commissioningWhat you bring:7+ years in electrical construction, with 3+ years as a PMRequired: electrical data center experience on mission critical projectsSolid knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, switchgear, and generatorsStrong financial, scheduling, and communication skillsElectrical license, PMP, or degree is a plusAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
