Industrial Maintenance Technicians

Columbus, OH | $28–$30/Hour | Full-Time

Power Labor is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for an active industrial facility in Columbus.

We're looking for jack-of-all-trades maintenance professionals who can troubleshoot equipment, make repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and handle a variety of mechanical and industrial maintenance tasks.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM — 2 openings
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM — 1 opening

Pay: $28–$30/hour, based on experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong industrial maintenance experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Experience working with industrial machinery and equipment
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to diagnose problems and work independently
• Millwright or industrial mechanical experience is a plus

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position. The facility is not air conditioned, so candidates must be comfortable working in a hot environment and staying active throughout the shift.

You must be able to lift and move equipment and materials and maneuver around industrial machinery.

Industrial, manufacturing, plant maintenance, machinery mechanic, and millwright backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Proven industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Physically capable of lifting/moving equipment and materials
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Must pass drug screen and background check
