Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for helping maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium, ensuring that all common areas are maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition by performing the following duties.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Others to be assigned:

Completes daily work orders as scheduled

Constant cleaning and disinfecting of all common areas.

Performs general maintenance duties on a regularly scheduled basis of all common areas. (Example: Garbage pick up, Cleaning, pressure wash, paints or touch ups, checks lighting)

Utilizes equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner

Assists in maintaining equipment in good working condition

Performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by supervisor properly

Makes general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other minor community/building repairs as long as a permit is not required to complete the job

Maintains records and other maintenance reports as directed by supervisor.

Assists with hurricane preparation of property

Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties

Performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS! Must be able to communicate in English.

Maintenance experience Minimum one (1) year

Good verbal communication skills

Great customer service and communication skills

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
