Full-Time Day Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg Full-Time Day PRN/Per Diem Job Summary: Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, a premier skilled nursing facility in Jonesburg, Missouri, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality speech therapy services to our residents, utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing disorders Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop personalized therapy plans Develop, implement, and maintain a variety of therapy programs, including individual and group sessions, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure inclusive care planning Demonstrate expertise in areas of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders, as well as cognitive-communication disorders Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to educate and support our residents in achieving their therapy goals Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulations and company standards About the Role: As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of residents, including those with complex medical and cognitive needs.
