Join Us as a Structural MIG Fabricator

Location: Madill, OK
Pay: Starting at $17+/hour , depending on weld test results
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Status: Full-time, 40+ hours/week

A Day in the Shop

You clock in, review the build list, and set up your MIG machine for today’s run of steel frames and trailer components. You dial in your settings, run consistent beads, and verify penetration and alignment. Between passes, you’ll grind, clean, and prep materials so every joint meets spec. Throughout the day, you’ll coordinate with teammates, keep production flowing, and pride yourself on work that stands up to the road.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding on steel frames, parts, and trailer assemblies
• Configure welding equipment and confirm correct parameters for each job
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials to blueprint requirements
• Collaborate to meet daily production goals

What You Bring

• Hands-on MIG welding experience (fabrication background preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
• No certification required — experience matters
