Come work for an established metal manufacturing company as a quality control inspector! This quality position requires a minimum of two years of experience as a quality assurance inspector. Features a friendly work environment with room for advancement! Location: Saint Paul, MN Hours: 6 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday, Friday's 6 am 12 pm Wage: $20 - $27/hr.

Duties of the quality control inspector:

• Perform inspections utilizing micrometers, calipers, and pertinent hand tools and gauges
• Write NCR's and pertinent reports
• Adhere to ISO documentation and corrective action standards
• Check each part to the blueprint

Requirements of the quality control inspector:

• 2+ years experience as a quality assurance inspector
• Candidates with metal manufacturing experience and AS9100 experience are preferred
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, thread gauges, etc.
• Any experience with 5S, 5 Sigma, LEAN Manufacturing are preferred
• CMM Experience is a plus
• Experience managing an ISO compliant Calibration program is preferred
• FAIR, In Process, and Final Inspections
