Physician Assistant - Plastic Surgery Clinic Froedtert South Medical Group, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, offers this position for a Physician Assistant to work with our Plastic Surgeon, Brian Hill, M.D. The Physician Assistant will have assignments in inpatient rounds, outpatient visits, and as a surgical first assistant. The successful candidate will be trained on multiple in‑office aesthetic services including CoolSculpting, Cool Tone, skincare products, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser hair removal, laser facial resurfacing, IPL treatments, laser vein treatments, and filler and Botox injections. The position includes varied hours such as early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. It requires a minimum of 80 scheduled office/rounding hours in any two‑week period and includes on‑call responsibilities. The Physician Assistant will direct patient care in hospital and clinic settings, handle all aspects of treatment plans, review and evaluate test results, complete medical documentation, and conduct patient follow‑up calls under supervision of a physician. Education: Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies or related field Training: Successful completion of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC‑PA) Certification: National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) License: Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Wisconsin Experience: Basic knowledge of wound care, peri‑operative management of patients, aesthetics, suturing techniques, and basic surgical skills is a benefit.
