Description About the Role The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home and community based ABA services to our clients. The RBT is primarily responsible for direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill- acquisition and behavior reduction. Primary responsibilities include: Provide one on one (1:1) Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to apply feedback and training on ABA job performance Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors $22-$32 per hour Incentive and Bonus programs Growth opportunities with potential wage increases based on performance Behavior Therapist Skills Training by experience BCBA BCBA supervision hours offered for those pursuing certification Paid Time Off All therapy materials provided About You The ideal candidate is someone who can interact well with children and families, works well both independently and cooperatively as part of a team, and is able to consistently follow ABA programs developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Qualifications: Must have a passion for working with children affected by autism. Prior ABA experience or other applicable experience working with children preferred.
