Healthcare Attorney

We are working with an award winning law firm, looking to bring on a Healthcare Attorney to join their growing team. They are in expansion mode and this position will be hybrid. They are looking for someone with 2+ years of Healthcare experience. Requirements: 2+ years of healthcare experience Previous experience with Fraud, Abuse and other regulatory matters Prior experience with Anti-Kickback statute, EKRA and Stark law Must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, plus enjoy working in a team environment where self-starters excel Admitted to practice and in good standing Responsibilities: Meet with clients to review case strategy Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs, and legal research for complex matters in Superior and appellate courts Argue motions in Superior Court and oral arguments in appellate courts Trial preparation includes review and analysis of all factual and legal issues relating to compensability, valuation, and constitutional matters Selection of witnesses and exhibits Preparation of written outline for examination of witnesses The annual salary for this position is between 150k-200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
