Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing occupational therapy services within a supportive educational environment near Arvada, CO. This full-time position focuses on empowering students at two school sites, collaborating closely with educational teams to enhance student success and foster independence.

What you bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OT) required
• Minimum of one year of classroom experience delivering OT services in a school setting
• Current or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license (cannot sign TEE)
• Proven experience managing a similar-sized caseload
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and commitment to onsite service delivery only

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of approximately 50 students (split between two schools)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Complete assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings as an essential member of the student support team
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student success and independence
• Travel between Broomfield, CO and Louisville, CO school locations
