Education: BE/BTech/MTech/MS/MCA: Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Other similar US degrees

Experience level: 10-20 Years

Wireless domain expertise in 3G/LTE/5G technologies
Product Roadmap Development, Feasibility Studies & simulations, Contribution to specification bodies, Product proposal development
Architecting RAN side nodes from scratch and guiding multiple Dev and Integration & Verification (I&V) teams working on all the layers in access stratum
Design, Development and Implementation experience in 3G/LTE/5G Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3 protocols
Radio Resource Management, Channel Allocation, Scheduling Algorithm Conceptualization & Development (Experience in filing IP/Patents in related areas would be a plus)
L1-L2 Adaptation Layer Development (involving FAPI interface) experience on LTE/5G Macro, Small cell SoCs (preferably Qualcomm)
Programming experience using C/C++, Linux, Multi core, Multi-threaded applications, Shared Memory, IPC, RTOS concepts
Experience with I&V tools (TM500, VSA, VSG Spectrum Analyzer etc.), Simulators, Coding (C/C++), Debugging tools (GDB, Wireshark, Lauterbach etc.)
