About the job Communications Associate Communications Associate needs 2+ years experience Communications Associate requires; Communications support Administrative support MS Office Communications Associate duties: Crafts integrated marketing communications plans to include the most appropriate mix of products and dissemination methods to successfully convey information to the desired target audiences. Provide technical assistance to obtain concept and content clearance for publications. Provide support to ensure that concept clearance packages are complete, accurate and consistent with mission and policies. Update tip sheets, checklists, forms, and guidelines, for publications planners and identified staff and subcontractors to use in developing their plans and the appropriate clearance forms Work closely with staff to ensure feasibility and follow through. Assist in developing detailed product specifications based on accepted recommendations, including cost estimates. Ensure that full use of electronic distribution is part of the plan when hard copy availability is limited. Provide technical assistance to obtain concept and content clearance for publications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Channel Managementinc
