Pay & Work Criteria Hourly Rate: $21.50 an hour. Extra Cash: $45.00 unload pay for every stop you finish. Weekly Average: Most drivers on this fleet average a steady $1,300 gross per week. Route: Short 7‑mile shuttle loops back and forth between the bakery plant and distribution center. Job Nature: Active, physical work including shifting trailers in the yard and handling live loads and full hand‑unloads, using a liftgate to roll out bread trays and delivery carts. Home Time & Schedule Home Daily: 100% home after each shift. Shift: Dedicated night shift, requires comfort driving in the dark and backing into tighter spaces. Days Off: Weekend work standard; first two days off may be split, then can bid on consecutive days off. Extra shifts available.
