What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues
• Explain recommendations and solutions to customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every visit

What Makes You a Great Fit

• HVAC experience preferred (but we're willing to train motivated individuals)
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
