Employment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced AP Clerk for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a client located in the Weston, FL area.Position DetailsLocation: Weston, FLSchedule: Full-Time, Monday–FridayEmployment Type: Temp-to-HireWork Setting: Fully on-site/in-officeLanguage: Bilingual English/Spanish requiredJob ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter invoices accurately and efficientlyReview invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approvalsAssist with accounts payable transactions and payment processingReconcile invoices and vendor statementsMaintain accurate AP records and documentationCommunicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and discrepanciesAssist with data entry and general accounting/administrative tasksUtilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and maintaining financial informationPerform other duties related to accounts payable as assignedQualificationsPrevious Accounts Payable or accounting experience requiredStrong Microsoft Excel experience requiredBilingual English/Spanish requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional and dependableMust be comfortable working full-time in an office environmentEmployment Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.To apply, please contact Employment Solutions today!#IND1#ZR #J-18808-Ljbffr
