The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Coordinate supplies and inventory management for Shopee Xpress across all PH locationsResponsible for managing, identifying and coordinating any services, purchases and/or other requirements from the Shopee Xpress teamWork with the Shopee Procurement team to source, develop, evaluate, and forecast procurement requirementsOversee contract implementation and supplier performance/interactionFacilitate and lead strategic resource planning sessions with key internal stakeholdersDevelop, track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectivenessCollaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the companyExpect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategiesPerform risk management for supply contracts and agreementsControl spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costsSupport other procurement activities as directed by managementRequirements:At least 2 years working experience procurement, inventory management, client relation and negotiation.Preferably with relevant background in E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Warehouse settingGraduate of BS degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field is preferredSkilled in supply planning and allocationAble to build strong working relations with hubs and coordinate all supply requestsStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsAptitude in decision-making and working with numbersExperience in collecting and analysing dataWilling to work on-site in Calamba, Laguna #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
