What You’ll Do As a Barista at Banner Elk Cafe, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, crafting delicious beverages and ensuring every guest feels welcome. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages to perfection.
- Providing friendly, attentive service to all customers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assisting with restocking and inventory management.
- Making fresh baked muffins, scones, breakfast pastries, brownies, cupcakes, etc
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
We’re seeking a Barista with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Here’s what will make you a great fit for our team:
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
