Lock Desk/Secondary Market Manager (Mortgage)

As we expand our platform, we are looking for a talented and motivated Lock Desk/Secondary Market Manager, to balance competitive pricing with profitability, liquidity, investor requirements, and risk management. As a Lock Desk/Secondary Market Manager , you will be responsible for managing daily mortgage pricing, secondary-market execution, investor delivery strategy, and profitability analysis across the company's mortgage production channels. This role oversees rate sheet development, pricing engines, lock desk activity, loan sale execution, investor best-execution analysis, and pipeline risk management. The ideal candidate has strong mortgage capital markets experience and deep knowledge of pricing and secondary marketing. Responsibilities: Pricing Strategy and Rate Sheet Management Manage daily mortgage pricing across applicable loan products, channels and investor outlets. Develop, review, and distribute rate sheets, pricing adjustments, marginsand loan-level price adjustments. Ensure pricing is accurate, timely, and aligned with company policy, investor guidelines and market conditions. Lock Desk and Pipeline Management Monitor locked pipeline exposure, fallout, pull-through, hedge position inputs and loan-level profitability. Review and approve pricing concessions and exception requests in accordance with company guidelines. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Compliance to resolve pricing, lock and disclosure issues. Secondary Market Execution Manage loan sale execution to investors, aggregators, agencies or other secondary market outlets. Perform best-execution analysis to determine optimal investor delivery based on price, eligibility, execution certainty, servicing value, turn times and operational requirements. Partner with Post-Closing, Shipping, Collateral, and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate loan delivery purchase and reconciliations Investor and Product Management Maintain investor relationships and serve as a key contact for pricing, delivery, eligibility and execution-related matters. Analyze investor overlays, delivery requirements, loan-level pricing adjustments and operational impacts. Support implementation of new products, investor programs and pricing structures. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of mortgage banking, capital markets, secondary marketing, lock desk, pricing, or investor delivery experience. Strong understanding of mortgage pricing, rate sheets, loan-level price adjustments, investor execution, and secondary market operations.
