Occupational Therapist Assistant - PRN

Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Summary: Support OTs in providing patient-centered care by assisting with therapy sessions and monitoring progress. Utilize AI-supported tools to streamline documentation, reducing administrative burdens and enhancing efficiency. Focus on delivering compassionate, hands-on care while improving work-life balance by minimizing after-hours paperwork. Responsibilities Assist with therapy sessions and track patient progress. Use AI technology for accurate and efficient documentation. Reduce administrative tasks to prioritize direct patient interaction. Qualifications Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active, unencumbered COTA license in the relevant state(s). Must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care or rehab settings is preferred.
