$125,400 - $297,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads daily, ensuring consistent and professional follow-up to build a robust client base.
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and stay ahead in the real estate market.
• Set appointments with potential buyers and sellers, gradually building your pipeline and boosting your confidence.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication via phone, email, and structured follow-up systems.
• Manage your CRM diligently, tracking your progress and aligning with both personal and team goals.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and accountable work environment, contributing to collective success.
• Stay organized and focused by utilizing proven systems that drive daily productivity and forward momentum.
