Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric outpatient speech, language, and feeding/swallowing assessments; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.
- Provide inpatient rehab services for adults with communication and swallowing disorders; participate in interdisciplinary rounds and document treatment progress.
- Perform caregiver and family education, discharge planning, and home exercise program guidance; collaborate with schools, families, and other care team members.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record and ensure compliance with professional standards and licensing requirements.
- Prioritize a blended caseload (approximately 80% pediatric outpatient and 20% adult inpatient) and coordinate scheduling to meet patient goals and safety standards.

Requirements
- Active Ohio license as Speech-Language Pathologist and CCCs certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric outpatient and outpatient settings; experience seeing adults on an inpatient rehab unit is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a rural acute care setting
- Residency outside a 60-mile radius from Greenfield, OH
- Eligibility for travel assignment and ability to commit to a 13-week assignment
