The Bizarre Agency is growing in Miami, and we're looking for motivated, outgoing, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Marketing Assistants.

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided , so previous marketing experience is not required.

We're looking for people who are confident communicating face to face, enjoy working toward goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .

The Opportunity

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll represent client campaigns at live events, promotional locations, and community activations throughout the Miami area .

You'll interact directly with customers, introduce campaigns, answer questions, build relationships, and help create positive experiences for the brands and organizations we represent.

This position is particularly suited to someone who is competitive, goal-oriented, coachable, and motivated by personal and professional growth .

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns professionally at live events and promotional locations

• Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations

• Introduce products, services, and campaign initiatives clearly and confidently

• Build rapport with customers and understand their interests and needs

• Answer questions and provide accurate campaign information

• Assist with customer registrations, sign-ups, or purchases where applicable

• Maintain strong knowledge of current client campaigns

• Accurately record daily campaign activity and customer feedback

• Work toward individual and team campaign objectives

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance goals

• Participate in ongoing training and development

Compensation

• Weekly pay

• Compensation includes guaranteed base pay plus performance-based incentives

• Additional earning opportunities are based on individual and team performance

• Compensation structure and earning potential will be discussed during the interview process

Must-Have Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be able to work in person in Miami, FL

• Have reliable transportation or the ability to reliably commute to assigned Miami-area event locations

• Be comfortable approaching and speaking with new people face to face

• Have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Be reliable, punctual, and professional

• Be comfortable working in busy, customer-facing environments

• Be able to work effectively as part of a team

• Be willing to learn and participate in ongoing training

• Be available to start within a reasonable timeframe following a successful interview

No previous marketing experience is required.

Preferred – But Not Required

The following can be helpful but are not required :

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, events, promotions, or sales

• Experience working in competitive or performance-driven environments

• Sports, athletics, team leadership, or other team-based experience

• Previous experience working directly with customers

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills

• Interest in marketing, sales, business, leadership, or professional development

This is an in-person position . Events, promotional campaigns, and activations take place at various locations throughout the greater Miami area.
