Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor automotive technicians to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Dispatch and schedule repair jobs efficiently to meet customer needs and optimize shop workflow.
• Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure compliance with Kia standards.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, parts, and service orders.
• Ensure shop safety and cleanliness in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or shop foreman/dispatcher in an automotive service environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage daily shop activities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff and customers.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
