More:

We are Hushh, working to make user data universally accessible and valuable while respecting peoples control and privacy. Our portfolio includes Hushh PDA, a personal data assistant, and Hushh Magazine, a personal magazine. Were seeking a Lead Product Engineer to develop these early-stage products, combining digital advertising technology with content experiences inspired by leading publishers and platforms. Our headquarters are in Kirkland, Washington, which is the primary work location; the role is based at Hushh in Washington or our coworking space at Washington Startup Hall in Seattle. We work in a hybrid arrangement, with office work Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays. We value in-person collaboration for product, UX, and engineering roles and are not remote-first. The role offers the opportunity to influence products focused on data privacy and control, gain experience with modern technologies, connect with industry leaders through workshops and mentorship, and work in a creative environment. Applicants should submit a resume, cover letter, and responses to the application questions about advertising algorithms, multimodal content, product inspiration, in-app purchases and e-commerce, SEO, scalable systems, startup prioritization, cross-functional leadership, team disagreements, and their interest in Hushh PDA and Hushh Magazine. This early-stage opportunity offers a chance to shape our products and companys growth.
