Our Physician Recruitment Package Includes:

• Signing Bonus of $30K, and Career Starter Bonus of $100K on Start Date
• ^ Surgical Retina $400K-$600K Earning Potential Years 1-3 (Exclusive of Sign-On and Career Starter Bonus)
• ^ Medical Retina is Same Recruitment Package with $360K-$540K Years 1-3 (Minimum Guaranteed Compensation $490K Year-1)
