Sigmund Browning, LLC, in Jefferson City, Missouri, is seeking an attorney to join our team. Our practice focuses primarily on commercial transactions, real estate transactions, corporate and limited liability company matters, estate/asset planning, and related litigation matters.

Our firm prides itself on an excellent work culture, with a focus on community involvement and work/life balance. This position will allow the right candidate to have immediate client contact and to have a diverse case load on a daily basis.

Candidates will be expected to have:

- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience

- Experience drafting documents, pleadings, discovery documents, etc.

- Experience preparing for and trying cases

- Experience with client intake

- Experience with assisting in day-to-day operations and tasks in a law firm.

 

This position has a competitive salary, paid time off, paid bar fees/dues and CLE, paid vacation time, and remote work up to 2 days per week.
