Intensive Care Unit The ICU at the downtown campus specializes in the care of the moderate to complex medical, surgical and cardiovascular diagnosis using a multidisciplinary collaborative team approach. The majority of our diagnosis include but not limited to respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, CVA, CHF, AMI with PCI, AKI, ETOH withdrawal, overdose, recovery from general or orthopedic surgery. Intensive therapeutic modalities that include inotropic/vasoactive medications, mechanical ventilation, CRRT, IABP, Impella and transvenous pacemakers
