Full-Time Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Mental Health Therapists to join our growing team across our Massapequa and Rockville Centre office locations. This W2, fee-for-service position is ideal for both new and experienced clinicians who value a supportive, collaborative environment. Therapists in this role will provide a blend of in-person and telehealth sessions, working with diverse client populations while receiving strong clinical and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions, both in-person and via telehealth, to support clients' mental health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced therapists to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Engage with diverse client populations, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet varied needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with a diverse range of clients, such as children, families, couples, teens, and adults.
• Should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Display a strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Must be available to work evenings from Monday to Thursday and possibly on Sundays.
• Required to possess certification or a degree as an MFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, MHC, or LMHC.
