About the Position

Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Location: Augusta, GA Duration: 12–13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift (5x8 | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Start Date: ASAP   Pay Package: $2000–$2200 per week Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, independence, and excellent communication with patients and care teams. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and home visits
• Complete OASIS documentation and case management
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and chronic disease management
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Home Health RN experience (First-time travelers not accepted)
• Experience with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) – REQUIRED
• Active RN License (GA or Compact)
• BLS Certification required
• Strong communication and ability to work independently

Work Details

• Patient Ratio: ~1:7
• Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
• On-call: Occasional (every 4–6 weeks)
• Weekend: Every other weekend
• Floating within scope as needed
