Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 Base Salary

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

Job Description:  

The Website Channel Manager will oversee the strategy, performance, and day-to-day management of the company's primary web properties. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for website operations, content governance, user experience, search optimization, and digital performance initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing enterprise websites, content management systems, web analytics, and digital marketing programs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the website remains an effective channel for engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the company's website and related digital channels.

• Manage website content publishing processes, governance standards, and CMS administration.

• Coordinate website updates across multiple departments while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

• Develop and maintain content calendars, publishing workflows, and operational best practices.

• Analyze website performance metrics, user behavior, engagement trends, and conversion activity.

• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on website and campaign performance data.

• Support SEO initiatives, AI-driven search optimization efforts, and website visibility strategies.

• Partner with internal teams including Marketing, IT, UX, Compliance, and Content to execute website enhancements.

• Oversee relationships with external agencies, consultants, and digital vendors.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement website improvements, new features, and platform upgrades.

• Collaborate on lead generation programs, landing page initiatives, and conversion optimization efforts.

• Ensure website functionality and user experiences are optimized across desktop and mobile platforms.

• Monitor emerging digital trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

• Support project planning, prioritization, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.

• Maintain documentation related to website processes, governance standards, and operational procedures.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

• 5+ years of experience managing websites, digital marketing initiatives, website strategy, or web content programs.

• Experience administering enterprise-level CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, website optimization, user experience, accessibility, and content governance.

• Proven ability to analyze digital performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication abilities.

• Experience working with third-party agencies, development partners, or digital service providers.

• Proficiency with website analytics platforms, SEO tools, and digital reporting solutions.
