- Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with their service needs.
- Parking and Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas, maintaining organization in the service area.
- Hunter Alignment Check: Conduct alignment checks using Hunter equipment to ensure vehicles are properly aligned for optimal performance and safety.
- Vacuum Vehicles: Perform interior cleaning by vacuuming customer vehicles to enhance overall cleanliness.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the service area and customer vehicles clean and presentable at all times.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
