EKG/Dysrhythmia exam is required for ALL RN units except the following: Antepartum, Behavioral Health, Family Birth Center, Inpatient Rehab, Interventional Radiology, IV Therapy, Labor Delivery, NICU, Nuclear Cardio Stress, Nursery, Nursing Administration, Postpartum. MANAGERS REVIEW APPLICATIONS ONLY- ALL SCHEDULE REQUESTS, START DATE AND RTO NEED TO BE ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE APPLICATION (NOT JUST IN THE SUB EMAIL) AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL.
