Bilingual Onsite Call Center Customer Service

Our client, a leading organization in the legal industry, is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Call Center Customer Service to join their team. As a Bilingual Onsite Call Center Customer Service, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Project Support Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $25/hr

Shift: 8 am PST to 5 pm PST

What's the Job?

• Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns and written inquiries.
• Identify and address all customer questions and concerns effectively.
• Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers' requests to deliver accurate solutions.
• Ensure the content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience.
• Work closely with the Project Support Team to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

What's Needed?

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Strong conversational skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a call center environment for 1-2 years preferred.
