Maintenance Director - Senior Living & Life Safety

Wingate Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee preventive maintenance and urgent repairs across the community, ensuring safety and reliability of systems for residents and staff. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, HVAC experience, and knowledge of Life Safety Regulations; SNF experience preferred, with on-call rotations required.
