The Systems Technician serves as the initial point of contact for client technical assistance, managing inquiries received through email or the client portal. The ST may execute their responsibilities from the service desk or the field.Shift: 8-5P, must be able to go onsite minimum two days a week and work in the call queue the remaining days.
