What You’ll Do Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes Conduct professional in-home design consultations using our proprietary iPad-based sales presentation Listen to customers' needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions Prepare product designs, pricing, and financing options Guide customers through the buying process and close sales Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong presentation and closing abilities Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven Ability to manage your schedule and work independently Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using technology, including tablets and sales software Previous in-home sales experience is preferred Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, or other home services is a plus Compensation & Benefits $100,000+ first-year earning potential Uncapped commission structure Pre-qualified appointments provided—no cold calling or door knocking Industry-leading sales training and ongoing coachingProven sales process and technology High-quality products homeowners trust Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow Supportive team environment focused on your success Why Quality Craftsmen?
