Primary Care Associates seeks a highly skilled, dedicated, and professional Occupational Health Representative to join our rapidly growing and dynamic team. Schedule Monday through Friday, 08:00am-04:00pm Learn More About Primary Care Associates Learn More About Primary Care Associates At Ideal attributes Considers skillful, customer/patient service a top priority Takes ownership for personal growth and development Works as a team for the good of the team and its commitment to service Embraces excellence, honesty, compassion and respect Representative duties Input payment information or other financial data into customer accounts in EHR Generate invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to customers Work with the OrthoAlaska billing department to identify and correct billing errors Maintain workflow and organization Utilize accounting software to identify outstanding accounts, inform accounts of any missed/late payments and coordinate payment Knowledge and skill requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, personable and caring, and able to help patients feel at ease Able to understand medical charts and diagnoses and coding for billing purposes Able to maintain a calm demeanor when under pressure Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a variety of patient care teams Skill in operating a personal computer using a variety of software applications and EHR Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Preferred (in Addition To Required) Qualifications Bachelors degree in billing, business, or related field OR Two (2) years of experience in occupational health or customer service Candidates meeting the above skills and qualifications and desiring to be part of a patient-centered, professional environment are invited to apply.
