Position Purpose This role combines hands-on machine operation, and technical expertise to drive high standards in quality and production. Position Responsibilities Operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (pipe cutter, structural cutter, clipper) with precision and safety. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Summary of Skills, Knowledge and Abilities CNC machine operation experience preferred but not required, willing to train and invest in employees. Demonstrated ability to be part of a team. Interest and ability to learn, practice and teach Lean principles and values. Ability to multi-task. Proven communication skills. Stand, kneel, crouch and lift for extended periods of time. Work at elevated heights, confined spaces and in a fabrication shop environment. Direct Reports None
