Job Description:


- Exciting Opportunity : Be a crucial part of a patient-centered outpatient clinic, providing exceptional care to individuals and families across the continuum of health services.

- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments, perform clinical procedures, and deliver patient education.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a positive care experience.
- Maintain thorough documentation ensuring adherence to infection control and regulatory standards.
- Promote quality outcomes and culturally sensitive care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

- Qualifications :
- Must possess an ACTIVE Alaska RN license at the time of submission.
- Strong case management experience is required.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current BLS certification; Case Management certification is a plus.

- Essential Skills :
- Demonstrate strong nursing judgment and critical thinking in delivering safe, effective care.
- Proficient in care coordination, documentation, quality and safety compliance.
- Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and teamwork in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to float to other departments as needed and provide mentorship to staff and students.

- Advocate for patient needs and assist them in navigating the healthcare system.
